All orders ship via USPS. Lead time to complete an order varies. Please check with us for specific turnaround times. Shipping is usually Priority Mail. Shipping cost includes shipping materials & postage.
To safeguard your shipment, USPS now automatically insures Priority Mail packages. If there are problems with your order, the customer is to file the claim with the USPS.
** We will NOT issue a shipping refund for a late shipment UNLESS we are at fault by not shipping the item within the 3-5 business days. We will not issue refunds for issues with the shipping such as invalid address or items that cannot be delivered due to community restrictions such as gated communities.***

Due to the personalized nature of our goods we are only able to accept refunds on damaged goods. If your item is not personalized please feel free to contact us regarding an exchange. Buyer is responsible for all items being shipped back for exchange. If you encounter any other issues please contact us as soon as possible.
**Once an order has been placed & paid for, a refund cannot be issued. Once an order has been started it cannot be cancelled.
